Democratic donor and progressive billionaire George Soros has contributed $1 million to the Texas Majority PAC, which is ramping up efforts to flip Texas blue by 2026.
The initiative coordinates with county-level groups and the state Democratic Party to strengthen organizational capabilities across the state. Soros contributed $1 million to Texas Majority PAC earlier this year, which came after he contributed $2.1 million in 2024.
