How do I change my email/password for my Sentinel account?
- Go to Login page and click "Forgot your password?" on that page.
- Enter your email address and select "send email".
- Go to your email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my Sentinel membership?
You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time.
If you upgrade your account the change will be effective immediately, and any amount paid for the current billing period will be applied towards your upgrade.
If you downgrade your account, the change will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will have access at your current account level until that time.
Here’s how to change your paid subscription level:
- Log in to your account.
- Click the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select "Account settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Click the red "Update subscription" button.
- Select the billing frequency (monthly or yearly), then select your new plan level and click "continue."
Click "confirm" to confirm your new subscription level.
Note: If you have a free subscription, you can upgrade to a paid subscription by following the instructions below:
- Log in to your account.
- Click the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select "Upgrade account."
- Select your desired plan and follow the prompts to finish upgrading your account.
How do I cancel my Sentinel subscription?
To cancel your subscription follow the instructions below:
- Log in to your account.
- Click the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select "Account settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Click "Cancel subscription."
- Click the red "Cancel subscription" button to confirm your cancellation.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you elect to cancel your subscription, you will not be refunded for any prior payments. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
How do I update my preferred payment method or billing information?
- Log in to your account.
- Click the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select "Account settings."
- Select your payment method and edit it or add a new payment method.
What happens if I cancel my subscription in the middle of the term?
You will have access to your subscription-level content for the remainder of the term. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you elect to cancel your subscription, you will not be refunded for any prior payments. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
