We all know the American legacy media is an absolute farce.

Tucker Carlson, who himself is no fan of the legacy media these days, and was even fired from his position in that industry, learned that the Australian media may be even worse.

Carlson sparred with reporters last week after delivering a talk in the Australian city of Canberra, fending off a wide variety of accusations and red herrings with laughter and mirth, and ultimately uploading a video of the exchanges to social media for the world to enjoy.

Can't stuck the Tuck!

There are too many incredible moments to highlight.

But there are definitely a few we cannot overlook.

The first question to Carlson expressed concern about a recent interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin, prompting raucous laughter from Carlson, who asked that reporter whether Putin was the one who forcibly made Australians receive vaccines.

Carlson could not contain his laughter when the reporter continued to ask him with a straight face whether he has any “shame or regret” about interviewing Putin. Then Carlson showed how Western media is fixated on a foreign dictator even as they turn a blind eye to their own leaders.

“Just today, Julian Assange was released after twelve years in custody, and your government did nothing, the United Kingdom made it possible, and the United States demanded it. You tell me how that’s consistent with the ‘rule of law’ or ‘democracy.’ It’s not,” he retorted. “I’m not saying that we’re morally equivalent to Putin. I’m not saying that. What I’m saying is our concern should be, first and foremost, how are our countries run? We give our own leaders a pass, time and time again, because they point to some other creep on the world stage.”

Another reporter accused Carlson of racism for saying whites are being replaced by migrants in the United States and other countries. When challenged to produce an example of him saying that, she said he made that claim “four thousand times,” but failed to produce an example.

If you watch the whole video, you can definitely tell that Carlson was trying his absolute best to be as friendly as possible to the reporters, despite his laughter at their absurd framing of their questions, but he nearly reached his limit with this last reporter.

“One of the reasons people don’t like people like you in the media is that you never say exactly what you mean,” he told her. “Your slurs are all by implication.”

The reporter then tried to say that multiple mass shootings were inspired by his arguments.

That one really set him off.

“How do they get people this stupid in the media? I guess it doesn’t pay well,” he said. “I don’t mean to call you stupid. Maybe you’re just pretending to be.”

After Carlson denounced the mass shootings and called out the reporter for her accusation, she asked Carlson whether he supports gun control. “I’m sorry. I’m trying to be charitable,” he replied. “I was like, ‘Maybe you’re just pretending to be dumb.’ Now I don’t think it’s an act.”

Criminals are being violent?

You need to support disarming lawful people!

Sadly the legacy media in the Western world has been transformed into an apparatus to support the governing elite. They no longer exist to speak truth to power. They exist to manipulate, misrepresent, and manufacture the truth on behalf of those in power.

Tucker Carlson did not tolerate this. Neither should anyone else.
