Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins revealed that her agency cancelled a $600,000 grant to study “menstrual cycles in transgender men” previously provided to a school in Louisiana.

The federal grant, approved last year for the Southern University Agricultural and Mechanical College through the Department of Agriculture, claimed that “transgender men and people with masculine gender identities, intersex, and non-binary persons may also menstruate.”
