Federal authorities have opened an investigation into former FBI Director James Comey over a social media post some officials interpret as threatening the life of President Donald Trump.
The now-deleted post showed seashells arranged to form “8647,” which are numbers that can be associated with phrases like “to get rid of” or even “to kill.”
