Worcester, Massachusetts, voted to become a sanctuary city for self-described transgenders.
We have heard for years about cities that refuse to cooperate with immigration authorities and become sanctuaries for illegal aliens. There are apparently cities that are trying to replicate that model for men and women under the delusion that they are members of the opposite sex.
But a simple look at the sort of people who supported making Worcester a sanctuary city of this sort should quickly show the entire nation that these people must not be allowed sanctuary.
We should probably deport them with the illegals.
Several hundred transgenders and drag queens appeared at a city council meeting to voice their enthusiasm for the new policy with a mix of violent threats and absurd emotional sabotage.
The paranoia was palpable as protesters claimed the government was targeting them. “If you think you’re afraid of Trump, you should see how afraid of Trump I am,” said one person in drag. “If you say that you’re afraid of Trump and that’s why you don’t want the city to be a safe space for trans people, you’d better prepare for trans people to make this a very unsafe space.”
Another protester screamed into the microphone at the elected officials and was furious when he was asked to end his remarks. “Am I taking too long pleading for my life?” he shot at them.
One woman claimed that two of her own children were transgender. An older man with long curly hair trying to appear as a woman admitted that he was afraid to use public restrooms.
We should definitely not offer him a safe space.
If one watches the video of the city council meeting, one would immediately sense the hairs on the back of his neck standing on end. The proponents of making an entire city into a sanctuary for more of the degeneracy and perversion displayed at the meeting is clearly a terrible idea.
In other words, the most compelling argument against making sanctuary cities seems to be the sort of people who would be protected from purported targeting in such sanctuary cities.
The absurdity of transgenderism must neither be coddled nor permitted to overturn our civilization. The absurdity of transgenderism must instead be eliminated from public life.
